1. Where do you ship?

At this time, shipping is limited to the United States and Canada.

Note: Your order will be shipped from Printful.

 

2. How do I track my order? 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Please note that delivery of the final product is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

3. What's your return policy?

Since our items are printed on demand, we don't offer returns or exchanges, all sales are final. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our vendor's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed and returned packages - For shipments that go unclaimed or are returned to our vendor's facility by the shipping courier, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. You have 30 days to claim the returned package but after that we cannot offer a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if the package is returned for any reason as we do not track returned packages.
 

 

4. What should I do if my order is damaged or lost?

Damages - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. Email a photo of the damaged goods to zammanik.shop@gmail.com so we may pass this along to the vendor who will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Packages - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We are not able to provide support if the shipping carrier has marked the package as delivered. Please send an email to zammanik.shop@gmail.com explaining the issue.

Stolen Packages - We are not responsible for packages that are claimed to be stolen if the courier has marked the order as delivered. Please refer to your shipment tracking number to ensure your package is delivered safely.
